The Masters urge you to bring flexibility to your Life. Your thoughts and habits need to be more flexible.
Rigidity is a message to the Universe that you are not open to change and to the new! Take out sometime in your day and reflect back on your life, on your thoughts and actions. Perhaps there would be situations where knowingly or unknowingly you refuse to change or be open to suggestions.
Check your habits! What are those patterns and behavior you find most difficult to change, make a deliberate effort to change those.
If you have pain in bones, joints, and suffer from any form of muscle/body stiffness, it is a sign that you have been too hard on yourself. You need to see where had you got so fixated in your life and consciously redefine your thoughts and beliefs, replacing with new way of looking at life.
Yoga can be beneficial. Yoga of your thoughts and your body.
Affirmation : I willingly let go of what no more serves me. I am open to new Life adventures!
